私はこれまで、人と人、文化と地域、そして企業と社会をつなぐ仕事に取り組んでまいりました。
とくに外国人材の受け入れ支援という分野では、日々の小さなコミュニケーションの積み重ねが、どれほど大きな安心や信頼につながるかを、現場で何度も実感してきました。
一人ひとりが安心して働き、暮らし、生きていける社会をつくるには、 制度や仕組みだけでなく、「やさしさ」や「しなやかさ」が必要だと思っています。
リンクオールデザインは、そんな思いを胸に、 デザインという言葉の本来の意味
――“価値を創る”――を、 人材・教育・地域・企業のすべての場面で、丁寧に実践していくチームです。
私自身も、一人の女性として、そして小さな企業の代表として、 人の想いや可能性に寄り添いながら、日々の歩みを重ねています。 出会いに感謝し、つながりを育て、未来を育てていく。 そんな想いで、今日もまた一歩を踏み出してまいります。
私たち自身も進化を止めることなく、ひいては社会全体に貢献してまいります。

With kindness, empathy, and flexibility, we bring that philosophy to life across all areas: people, education, community, and enterprise.
As a woman and a business leader, I continue to walk forward, cherishing the bonds I’ve made and embracing the possibilities they bring.
